– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We charge the full fee of the session for no-shows or late cancellations. 
– Fees for services are set periodically as required and are currently significantly lower than the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi) recommended fee.
– Medicare and NDIS funding eligibility are subject to government policies and client eligibility.

– Telehealth sessions are provided in compliance with AHPRA guidelines and South Australian laws.
– By using telehealth services, you acknowledge the limitations of online consultations and accept responsibility for ensuring a secure and private environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

– We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website.
– To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or service provision.
– Our services comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and your rights under the ACL are not affected by these Terms.
